Terms of Service
We are not vague about our pricing, and we believe there should be no surprises. Once we develop a plan and an agreement has been made, we require a 50% deposit before we begin. Our site's are typically developed on our 'staging' server, where they are password protected, so only you (and anyone you give the password to) will be able to view the site while it is being developed. Once the site is completed and you are ready to 'launch' it, that is when the remaining 50% balance is due (For illustrations, the balance is due after your final approval). Then, we will move your site to any server or location you choose, whether your site is hosted with us or not.
We are committed to providing our services to all who need them. While we can't lower our prices (We haven't seen lower prices for premium web design), we offer a payment solution for those who need a website, but are not able to pay the full deposit and/or balance at once.
Our extended payment plan is as follows:
25% deposit at onset of project. 25% upon completion of the website [site is published]
Then 25% is due 30 days after the site is published, and the balance (25%) will be due in 60 days.
This service has been proven very useful in some situations, and we are willing to work with you to get your site published in a manageable way.
